Terms of delivery by transport company
- Sending by Nova Poshta
- When purchasing from 1000 UAH, delivery is free
- When ordering products from 10 to 13 – orders are sent on the same day, if the order is received after 13 – dispatch the next day. Parcels are sent from Monday to Friday. Orders received on weekends and holidays are processed on the first working day.

- The order will arrive within 1-3 days when sent by Nova Poshta.
- ATTENTION! The order is stored in the department for 5 days, after which it is sent back
Pickup in Kharkov
You can place an order on the website or by phone and pick up the order at the most convenient store in Kharkov.

Payment
All types of payment are made exclusively in national currency.
Payment options:
- To the account in the amount of 100% of the order value
- Cash on delivery of products at the store/pick-up point
- Cash on delivery at the Nova Poshta branch
